At Jace Swimwear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Swimwear must include the hygienic liner.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at progammederror@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are processed as a return plus new order for faster delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
